-payment upfront upon receiving the complete and detailed information. (the payment is trought paypal and the customer must pay extra charge).

- I'll draw a sketch and I'll show you for any changes ( I'll accept 3 changes, more of this YOU must pay an extra charge).

- the refund is denied upon approving the sketch.

- when I finish the artwork I'll post on my fanpages with a watermark, the customer will receive the original artwork highres. 

- no more changes when the artwork is finished.
